The company also acts as the General Manager for the theatrical IP company, Creative Rights International (CRI). Backed by venture capitalist firm, Station12, CRI acquires and develops live stage rights and has a growing portfolio of live IP.

In 2022, ADAMA® became co-owner of MTS (Musical Theatre Studio): the North East's leading performing arts college.

Paul has worked as an independent producer for the past 20 years has produced over 40 shows in the West End and on UK and International Tours. His most recent productions include world premiers of: La Bamba the Musical, Graziano Di Prima’s: Believe, Wickies and When Darkness Falls.
